Viewzi: A New Way to View Search
The world doesn’t need another search engine. I think we can all agree about that; at least for this moment in time. Or until semantic search comes into play. So what type of search would be helpful for the data you get from Google and other search engine sites? How about a new way to look at search and its results? I know there have been other meta search sites in the past, but I came across a cool new search site that is clean and beautiful.
Viewzi is a very cool search engine which uses Google, Yahoo, MSN and other technologies and mashes it together using the preference of the people around the world to create amazing visual results. The way it works is first you type in a search term. Then you choose a type of view for the results. There are a bunch of great beautiful views like: screenshot view, celebrity photo view, news view, video view, and more. Right now in beta, it works great and the app is pretty awesome. The views right now are created by a handful of view builders but there will soon be an API open to all to create interesting views. Continue…
