The Blood Orange Martini

I was actually trying to find a cocktail to go with my exotic chicken couscous last night, while watching the Tour de California on Versus, and then it dawned on me that I had all these blood oranges in the fridge and a desire for a little exotic cocktail – to go with my exotic chicken couscous.

While I do like the art of “pairing” food and drinks, I am not a strict Robert Parker “red wine with red meat, or I’ll cut your willy off.” I drink what I like when I want it.

I am not into the art of accessorizing my meals either, nor my clothing – Tiger matches Tiger in MY closet.
